Autumn brings a steady hand and a caring heart to Jordan J. Balvich, DMD, PC in Rensselaer, Indiana. As our Treatment Coordinator, she ensures that every case — especially those requiring specialized attention from one of our carefully selected dental laboratories — is processed, tracked, and delivered according to the doctor’s exact specifications. Her attention to detail helps guarantee that every patient receives the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship.
A proud Wheatfield native, Autumn combines small-town friendliness with professional excellence. She enjoys connecting with patients chairside, guiding them through their treatment process, and seeing their smiles transform. Behind the scenes, she takes great pride in overseeing lab coordination — making sure every restoration meets our practice’s commitment to precision, aesthetics, and longevity.
Outside the office, Autumn loves spending time with her family and friends, often enjoying a meal at Luke’s — her local favorite. At home, her two dogs, Sammie Lee and Ellie Mae, keep life lively and full of love.

Sierra serves as the Community Liaison at Jordan J. Balvich, DMD, PC, where she plays an important role in connecting our practice with the community we are proud to serve.She is known for her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine care for others. Sierra is passionate about building relationships and helping people feel comfortable, informed, and confident in choosing our office for their care.

Sierra has a strong interest in dentistry and is working toward her goal of becoming a dental hygienist. She enjoys learning more about how oral health connects to overall health and is proud to be part of a team focused on identifying and addressing the root cause of dental concerns.

Outside of the practice, Sierra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, caring for her pets, and traveling. She values connection and experiences that allow her to grow both personally and professionally.

Meet Kaylea M
Concierge
Kaylea Moore serves as the Concierge/Hostess at Jordan J. Balvich, DMD, PC, where she is dedicated to helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they contact our office.
Originally from Hebron, Indiana, Kaylea now resides in DeMotte, Indiana, and is excitedly preparing to welcome her first child this October. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help others make her a natural fit for our Category of One patient experience.
With a strong background in customer service, Kaylea brings years of experience helping people navigate questions, solve problems, and feel valued. She is often the first point of contact for our patients and serves as our go-to resource for insurance-related questions, scheduling, financial arrangements, and many of the details that help make each visit smooth and stress-free.
Outside the office, Kaylea enjoys spending time outdoors, caring for animals, and relaxing during quiet evenings with family and friends. Her love for helping others, combined with her compassionate nature and commitment to exceptional service, helps ensure every patient receives the personalized attention they deserve.
